hey well i noticed that 5 pages of solutions didnt work for some people when they tried to fix the s19 error so im going to make this thread with the exact steps you need to do...even if you have already done them it would be good if you tried them again because it is easy to make a mistake...
okay
1) delete your gamegaurd folder
2) launch the game
3) files should patch them selves and wolfteam should work
if that didnt work do the following(ESPEICALLY AVG USERS)
add wolfteam.exe wolfteam launcher.exe gamegaurd.exe gamegaurd.des gamemon.des and gamemon.exe and wolfteam.bin all to your allow list on your firewall
(if you cant find some of these it is okay just make sure you have wolfteam.bin and gamegaurd.des those are the main ones[but it would be good to have all of them...])
now do the first solution again and see if it works...
IF IT STILL DOESNT WORK make sure all of those files are on your allow list on all of your firewalls...if you on spybot turn OFF teatimer by right clicking on the taskbar icon and pressing exit...now completely turn off all other firewalls you have and preform the first solution and see if it works...
if it still doesnt work do this
First goto your Wolf Team Directory,
Find the file called "mssog.asi" <- forgot the name but its ms something
then delete that ASI file and enjoy. Works for many people...
(credits go to mark for this idea)
still doesnt work? if your on vista make sure your an admin ( i know for a fact that vista rarely works on wolfteam if you are not an admin)
if you are an admin on vista and/or you are using windows7 you may want to run windows in compatability mode here are the directions
okay so if your on vista OR windows7 this is what i want you to do...right click on the wolfteam launcher icon and select properties.next in the middle (closer to the bottom)there will be a botton that says "find target" i want you to click on it...a folder should appear with a file called wolfteam (or something like that)will be highlighted (selected)now i want you to right click on the highlighted(selected file)and then select "properties" next at the top of the new window that opens find the "compatabililty" tab and click on it...if vista/windows7 is anything like xp...near the top it should say something like "run this program in compatabillity mode for" tick that box and in the scroller thing under it select "windows xp" now after that is done click apply
MAKE SURE YOU PRESS APPLY AND NOT OKAY
once the apply botton is grayed out (and only then) you may press okay(if windows xp isnt selected for the compatability mode and/or you didnt press apply this method wont work)
(thanks to beaver for the idea and me for the instructions)
if it doesnt work after that try this
first do this
start>right click "my computer">properties>click the "advanced" tab>find performance and then click the settings botton>click the "data execution prevention" tab>now listen carefully...there will be two bullet point select box thingies(yes after all this tech stuff im saying thingies)MAKE SURE THE SECOND THINGIE IS SELECTED now click "add" and add wolfteam then click the box to the left of wolfteam...click apply hit okay exit everything, cross your fingers and pray that it works...
if that doesnt work you may want to run a system restore(this will only work if wolfteam has worked before[EI. it worked 2 weeks ago perfectly but not today])do this....
go to start>all programs>accecories>system tools>system restore
next select "restore my computer to an earlier time" and select a date where wolfteam did work
now if that doesnt work unfortunately i have to go however i will add to this later
and beaver(or anyone who feels like commenting a solution) feel free to make this easier on the eyes/add anything/fix grammer issues/or do anything you think will make this post better to help everyone who is getting this issue
anyways i have to go for now but ill add more to this later...hope it helps D=
EDIT*an idea/method
by flamingfury*apperently adding BTDNA.exe to your firewall's allow list and having it launch on startup will help fix the s19 error,if you notice that btdna.exe doesnt launch then do the following
start>run>msconfig>startup>find and check btdna (if you have more than one like me [for some reason] tick both)>restart your computer>cntrl+alt+delete>processes>btdna.exe should be there now
also you may want to go to start>control panel>DNA>and mess with the settings there (within reason)but i dought doing this will help : /
EDIT*you may want to read this if your on windows 7

EDIT* well someone mentioned that port forwarding also helped them fix this error here are their instructions (by kaizokuo)

I tried so many of these suggestions, and none of them worked except to put the PC on the DMZ (De-Militarized Zone). Which I do not recommend. I googled Wolfteam ports and came up with 2300-2399 so far I played a whole map without the s19 error. Hope port forwarding helps. Don't forget to exclude ports and programs on your Windows Firewall and if there's a built firewall on your anti-virus software. Default access to your router is http://192.168.1.1 and to log on is one of the following unless custom to specific router... admin pass admin password admin admin administrator pass administrator administrator administrator password If anything google your router model.

i think my copy and paste messed up the formatt but it looked like he kind of rushed through that post so im going to write up some instructions on port forwarding for everyone...
first go here
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm
go there and chose your router's brand name and model.then when it asks you to select a game use rakion (they dont have wolfteam but rakion uses the same ports)and then just follow the instructions...
(i havn't used that site in a year so it might be a little different...but it worked for me so it should work for you)
