CRISiS USA ECONEMIC

well all i can is say the USA economic effecting on any one who doesn't has much $$$ to playing online games even it has the best service custumers on any gaming sites Sad or the custumers they can blame on the sevice of the site if they want to Sad

Still fairly new to your games, so cant comment on progress.
Over past month I would rate service as Good (4) despite a few problems most things have worked well.

Two suggestions though to improve.

Started just before EP4, and did not get any e-mail from you. Not greatly concerned but would have been nice if you had given cutoff date, rather than just saying prior to EP4.

Had several minor problems with Lag, and switching Characters, after upgrade to EP4. Nothing serious but enough to be annoying. Eventually tracked problem down to the DNA loader used to download EP4. And then found this was fairly widely recognised problem. Would have been nice if there was some official note in the forum to check this programme if you are having problems.
