Emails

Not as far as I know, it's COG's pathetic attempt to switch accounts over to Joyheat about every 3-4 months it seems. They have been doing this on leekol servers as well and probably others. Joyheat is their little pet company that's from China, so when COG says jump, they get on all fours and ask, how high? You have seen these before, it's propaganda.

When we refresh it shows all servers under maintenance - and we cannot log in

CoG/Aeria

Hammer,
Past efforts were simply stupid emails, this is different, they have completely locked out the Aeria servers. I haven't done any of their BS to move, but I have to say I am supremely pissed at both Aeria, who has ignored this game for months now, and CoG, for trying to do this without any warning.

I have TONS of Aeria points built up waiting for a good promotion, now it looks like that will go to waste. Aeria will lose any further money from me, and CoG will not get another dime. Someone needs to crack their heads together and get this solved.

Does the fact all servers are down mean that COG and Aeria are no more? Why no word from Aeria? One would think they care something about their customers. They have certainly taken enough of our money.

Is there no one from AERIA WITH ENOUGH BALLS to stand up and tell the truth? You are a bunch of spineless money grubbers. Now that you can't get our money anymore you couldn't give a **** about us your CUSTOMERS. I hope each and every one of your customers drops you people like a hot turd. I also hope every one will take advantage of the class action lawsuit that will be coming up shortly. AERIA you have treated us like crap for long enough. Now you are going down.

COG accounts

To All,

COG has basically forced us to switch to Joyheat, and all of the active players pretty much have. Aeria GM let me know that they had no knowledge that they would pull the trigger this time and COG will not respond. I have asked COG for compensation for players. To switch over, you need to go to joyheat call of gods, register, find the server you were on and enter your toon name and inventory safe password. I am awaiting answers on how residual AP will be dealt with. I will work on this still and help anyone who is having trouble, however I am no longer your GS officially. Joyheat does not have those. I'm not sure why safeguards for this were not put in place, but COG is based in China and I would imagine they truly don't have to honor agreements in the end.
