Help game won't run on system

runtime issues
Hi, I can't seem to get this game to run properly on my tower at all. All I get every time the game loads up is a solid background but all the 2d elements show up but I can't see any other thing not even my character. But when I run this game on my laptop it runs perfectly fine. I've already tried the AMD reset trick which did not help. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Also, all drivers on both systems are updated to the most recent revisions for all their respective hardware components.

My Tower:
Windows 10
i7 965
Asus P6T
12 GB DDR3 Triple channel.
ASUS Strix R9 380 4gb

My Laptop:
Windows 10
Strix ROG GL702VM

Are you running window or fullscreen? What rez? Is the rez the same as your monitor rez?

I don't care if you're black, white, straight, bisexual, gay, lesbian, short, tall, fat, skinny, rich or poor. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you.

Is your Directx updated and is your GPU using it?
Also go into your client.ini file within your Twin Saga folder and the second line down "Direct3D" should be there. If the value of it is 1 change it to 0. If the value is 0 change it to 1.

Well, that's why I put down windows 10 so that you would probably understand that I'm on the most up to date versions of DX 11 and DX 12. I just tried the change to Client.ini (mine was 1 and changed it to 0) but nothing.
The following 2 are screen caps of what I get when I login.

Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode for windows 7? I've had similar problems before, and doing that seemed to fix them.

Aww, I'm assuming that you've previously ran a file check and/or reinstalled?

Are all your graphics drivers up to date? (Also if you are, try an older version of a driver and see if that works)
