Information regarding Billing Tickets

Please read!
Dear all,

As we are currently experiencing some delays, for tickets addressed to "Billing", please follow these 3 simple rules:

  1. Do not send multiple tickets for the same subject as it creates an unnecessary number of tickets and delays our response time.

  2. If you speak multiple languages, do not send the same issue to different language queues as it also slows down our response time. One ticket is enough, use the language you are the most comfortable with.

  3. Do not reply to your ticket / bump the ticket if you did not receive an answer from us as it will only send your ticket back to the end of the ticket queue, hence delaying our response.

Please follow these 3 simple rules and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
