I've been playing a lot of the latin Special Force here in Aeria and most of the players are complaining about the GM's because they never show up, they never talk to us and we never see any GM online, there is almost zero feedback from them.

We have the worst service if you ask most of the players there, i think you guys should think about it, we have a HUGE latin comunity playing here so i thnk we deserve a better service as well.

Not sure if serious, sarcastic, delusional, or new. The rating of "1" has typically been the most given one and people that rate that will sometimes give advice on how to improve said issues they had that caused them rate it that way. Aeria utterly and completely ignores said suggestions and keeps doing the same thing they were doing before.

Aeria's logic pattern when it comes to things:

Is it broken?
>Yes
Break it
>No
Break it some more

Is the player base happy?
>Yes
Piss them off
>No
Keep it up

Is the player base giving feedback on improvements?
>Yes
Ignore them
>No
Break the game some more

Are the issues on our end that can be easily fixed?
>Yes
Blame the developers
>No
Create more issues
