On 1-5 I had to vote 2. as feedback from support tickets, only 2 were supportive but also my own heard feedback from fellow players.
The game and launcher comes with bugs and glitches that can deter a new player. I myself being a new player received more help and info about near anything from other players in game, and in the forums rather than any FAQ, guides etc or actual support tickets.
I continue to play the game because I enjoy the class mechanics.
Though game is centered around by a majority of acquiring AP, whether purchased (imo a little extreme cost/point ratio) or through offers and surveys, 50% maybe lower of any of the Earn Free AP come with malicious downloads, besides watching a movie everyone or everything wants your personal info. It gets annoying when you do give them honest info and honest answers etc and then you find out you do not meet the requirments for this offer. Ok? 15minutes spent on answering questions for you, sharing honest info Oh too bad! last page I was screened/disqualified oh shucks! well at least you got something, heck all i hoping for was a measly 34 AP.

I contacted support for reset the secondary password and I received a cordial response in a short time, one or two days at most.

1 as long as you keep trying to make a pay2win out of this game.(AVA) Don't know about any other game you serve. But for AVA, things are not looking promising. You're losing your community. It's getting hard for EU players to find game rooms at night time. And IP ban thing? We can't even play the game anymore...

You should've followed ijji's recipe to keep the balance between paying and non-paying players. I miss the old ijji days and I'm sure any other caring player will agree with my statement.
