Are you implying that a perfect party of the same guild gets a bigger perfect party bonus than a perfect party of mixed guilds?

Actually, it states that as you go to enter. As for the value of the extra xp, I don't know.

however a 10% boost is a very good boost in floors 41-50. completing all 10 of them grants:

116,000,000 with no bonus or exp stone (instant lvl 1-49, UM)
128,040,000 with 10% from guild (maybe more, not sure yet) (instant lvl 1-49, UM)
232,800,000 with 2x, no bonus (instant lvl 1-52, UM)
256,080,000 with 2x and 10% (instant lvl 1-52, UM)
582,000,000 with 5x, no bonus (instant lvl 1-55, UM)
640,200,000 with 5x and 10% (instant lvl 1-55, UM)
1,164,000,000 with 10x no bonus (instant lvl 1-58, UM)
1,280,400,000 with 10x and 10% (instant lvl 1-58, UM)
