I think this is the Worst Feedback Poll Aeria's ever done. All the problems are laid out, everyone votes 1. Would have to check Polling Records, but this looks like the largest 1 to 5 deficit.

my choice isnt up there.. zero- for last chaos.

they introduce new systems, just to make item mall items..
there is still bugs from over 2 years ago that havnt been fixed.
everytime they bring in new content it is buggy as..
new content doesnt get fixed instead anything revolving around aeria points is adressed first..

customer servie - 0
respect to player - 0
caring about there product - 0
caring about how much money they make - 10

AVA...Lol...No shet a 1.

Reasons: Wells...the Update could be a start considering the addition of Timed Guns for both AP and Euros Versions of "OP" Weapons. Why not only time the AP Versions, and leave the Euro Version the way it is.

I've noticed that the AVA Highest Settings weren't like the original...PUT IT BACK! Sad

Why bother make the client size smaller if it's going to make the game play worst for users. Stop....

old bugs not gettting fixed ( handcuff, death glitch....)

"hot time " accessories and pets not transferable between toons on the same acc,

WTF do i need acc or pet for on my AH toon?

new Bingo, sometimes works , often completes without giving a stamp

New content with no instructions......

new AFK medal quest greatly contributing to server lagg

are you guys STAT PADDING the player numbers???????



portals moved and glitched


more and more QQ to add to the already long list that gets ignored

Same old jazz. GMs are trying but the megaton of issues that have been piled up as of late make it their efforts go to waste. Aeria as a whole seems to be collapsing and a revision of their policies is necessary.

ONE. You get one from DWO, Aeria. Here's why:

- HUD bugs with the new scenario. I see them in every menu i.e. I can scroll up to see chat history, but can't scroll back down; Minor issue.

- Kunlun drop bug. OMFG. How much longer are we going to wait? Some of us have reached over stage 200 JUST because we can't descend and get our beast items, while new players who were too lazy to do kunlun last scenario, get them as gifts on stage ONE and sell them for around 300k a piece. Yes, a friend of mine actually got a Dragon Tail on stage 1 AND a Tiger Orb on stage TWO. Does it seem fair to you? It's not. FIX THIS ALREADY, it's been more than half a scenario -sigh-

- Scenario delay, lack of new content until if finally came.

- Lack of an Item Mall for almost 2 years now..


You've created so many games that you've lost control of everything. Focus on the select few most profitable games, QUALITY over quantity.

There's lots of other downsides that I can add to the list, but that would be an overkill.

As a devoted Aeria gamer, I ask you to start caring more. Because even if you do, you're not showing it.

Oh my god, what am I even reading right now? So, you're telling me that you (and potentially other higher-ups) know the EXACT REASON why you're currently sitting at a 75% disapproval rating, but refuse to do even the slightest thing about it?

I'm a purely AVA player, but I'm noticing a trend here: Pretty much EVERYONE from EVERY GAME has almost nothing but negative things to say about the service you are providing. I certainly hope that someone, somewhere in this company has the common sense to say "Hey, maybe WE'RE the problem!"
