GM plz help !!!

hold on my account
I reasontly registered need for speed and I haven't played any of your games . I purchased some AP willing to buy some speedboost but it shows my AP is -1 .. it has been a day already and I do have AP in my AERIA account ..it jsut won't let me use it ... what should I do ...

Please read this post.
With that said, after you have read it and understand the error, send in a ticket to billing through the Contact Us-Billing to have the AP go to your account.

At most you may have to wait up to 72 hours to get a response.
