Ticket list bugged?

Can't see my ticket
Anyone know what does it mean if I receive message that ticket created, but nothing in my ticket list? Someone delete it? Need I to create one more?

If you received an automated reply to your ticket to let you know the system received it, you should be fine. Did you try refreshing the My Tickets list?

If you didn't receive an automated reply, then I would suggest to resend it.

Oh, I see you changed that item description. Gz with new level of scam though I don't think this method will really increase total profit.

Eh? I'm not a GM dear. I'm a volunteer so can't really change anything....

Is it an issue with the ticket system on site you're having or something else related to in game?

It is not really personally to You, but to aeria, who think that it is ok to sell item with wrong description, and just change it as result of contacting support.
There is still no tickets in list, I got answer on email, but can't update ticket, though it looks worthless now anyway.
