[WBUS] Bug Reporting Guide and FAQs

Read this before you post somewhere else please

 

Posting Format
  1. Title of issue
  2. Description of Issue

What Operating System do I have?
  1. Click windows start
  2. Right click Computer
  3. Take note of Windows edition information
 

 

What Graphics Card do I have?
  1. Click windows start
  2. Right click Computer
  3. Click on Device Manager on left hand pane
  4. Select Display Adapters
  5. Take note of video card
 

 
System Requirements

minimum system requirements
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2Ghz, AMD Athlon64 X2 2Ghz
RAM: 2048MB
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 7300GT or ATI Radeon X1600, 256 MB
DX: DirectX 9.0 (2008 march)
OS: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7
Internet: 512kbps

Recommended settings
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3GHz, AMD Athlon64 X2 3GHz
RAM: 2048 MB
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 series or ATI Radeon 4800 series, 512 MB
DX: DirectX 9.0 (2008 march)
OS: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7
Internet: 1 Mbps  

 
Submitting a Ticket

  • Create a support ticket
  • Select a subcategory for your issue (Report behavior, missed promo, or other)
  • Select "Ignite" for the game
  • Attach a screen shot of your issue if you are reporting one (Don't know how?)


If you need to provide detailed support info/asked for more information

  • Select "Feedback" from the far right drop menu (looks like a cog)
  • Type in the details and click "Report an Issue" THEN submit.
    - This will create a zip file on your desktop with the relevant files.
  • Upload this file to a file sharing site (dropbox, megaupload, etc) and provide the link in your ticket.

Patch fails

patch fails
Title of issue : fresh install fails to patch
Description of Issue : updater/launcher downloads patch data, at end of patch it states patch failed

Operating System : Windows 7 64bit
Graphics Card : Nvidia GTX 460 1gb in SLI setup

When trying to send report through support button on patcher it freezes when i hit send and I have to manually shut it down thru task manager. I have all application files in game folder to run as administrator.

pvtcrawley, are you still experiencing this? I tested it this morning and I was able to reach the game with no patching issues, it is possible they were uploading a new patch?

At work now, I was sent a link to installer and got errors during install, will update when I get home
