What do I have to do?

I've been trying to get support for my account for three weeks, and have received no response at all. I tried to log into Scarlet Blade for the open beta, and was told my password wasn't working, so I asked for a reset. No e-mail. I asked again. No e-mail. I tried going through every support option available, including direct e-mails to info@aeriagames.com (which has given me delivery failures the last two times I've tried sending to it), and STILL NO RESPONSES. I finally had to make a different account here with a different e-mail to post this question.

So. . . what do I have to do to get some support?

Still no responses to any of my attempts. I have two ticket numbers from two different attempts to resolve this issue.

This is for scarlet blade? You might want to try contacting a GS there un the shoutbox Ninjakitten, and Short_Amigo are two of them Razz

Scarlet Blade is indeed the game I was trying to log into when this happened, but I've been unable to log into anything else since then. . . not even the forums. I had to make a new ID to post this even.

as the other gamesage stated...
Try going to the scarlet blade forum... not this one.

If it is just a problem logging in... you use your USERNAME and PASSWORD, not your EMAIL and PASSWORD.

For example... I sign into my games as Bestofallnoobs and then my password, not bestofallnoobs@email.com and my password.

Alot of people have that specific problem, and the answer is simple.

Problem is, it's not just my Scarlet Blade login. It's Aeria Ignite, these forums, everywhere. My username (as opposed to e-mail) doesn't work either, and when I tried resetting my password, I get no e-mails to help me do that, nor any other e-mail responses to any other attempts to get this resolved.

Not sure what the link you provided is for. . . it just sends me to the main forum page. Do you want me to post in the shoutbox there? I figured the account forum area is the proper place, since this seems to be an issue with my entire account.

When I looked, I saw that the tickets were replied too on 4/22. Based on that fact, and what you are stating here, I would suspect that your ISP is blocking emails from us. You should contact them, and see what the problem is.

As for service without email, what you can do is go here:

http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/tickets

From here you can read/reply to tickets even if your email is not working.
