Replying to tickets when your account is locked

How do you reply to a ticket when your account is locked?
So I woke up this morning to find my account was locked, both in game and on the website. I submitted a ticket, got a reply saying that the reason was because "This account was banned due to being accessed from a suspicious location."

So I clicked on the http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/ticket link, then realized I cannot log on to the website, and therefore, cannot respond to the ticket. Reply emails are deflected as well.

What do I do? :<

You should be able to send a ticket on this account through the Contact Us-Ban Appeal. In your message, give your original ticket number and then use this account for all further replies.
