It is fair,
Aeria charged my card for 250.00 and I have received nothing for it. It let me buy the ap at the time but when it came time for it to credit my account it did not.
So now I have a 250.00 bill on my card for a purchase that was never delivered... Which is why I need a gm to remove the charge or credit my account with the ap.

Usually these tickets take at most 72 business hours to be dealt with, but if no response is given by that timeframe, please forward the RT (Ticket Number) to a GS from the browser team.
