So, i'm in a particular position that make me wonder how to really interpret the min-max kind of stat, how does they work:
After several BC i have now two rare bangle to chose from: one with min-ch-att bonus, one with max-ch-att bonus. Here are the screenshot explaining exactly the problem:
With max-ch-att bangle:
With min-ch-att bangle:
First, i don't really care for the bangle itself considering i don't use ch-att (in fact, i don't use anything as i'm a medic), but i do care to understand how this work, as want to build my next characters to put as much damage as possible.
So, i always thought, that the damage were at least the minimum, and could go up the the maximum, but, considering what the min-ch-att bangle give me i really doubt it work like that. So does anyone have a better understanding of how stats work here.
Also, i'll do some test, in case nobody does, and now i wish we had some dummy enemy to test stuff in a controlled environment
EDIT: test done: So the system just take a random number between max and min attack, even if the min is higher than the max it will still be between those two number. So, what i had in mind (use the min bangle to always have high attack) won't work.
