Should be pretty telling that most people think there is terrible terrible horrible crappy customer services. No one cares if you have an issue you have to work out for a week or two, but people do care when you don't give them any idea of what is up with your maintenance or reply to tickets or e-mails or posts or anything. Imagine if you went to Walmart, the doors were closed, and there was no sign with their hours. After a couple days people start to say, well, f--k walmart guess they don't want my business.

I think you guys are doing a fine job. I think (with most things in life) changes could be made to help improve the system as well as functionality.

For example;
There IS a report feature, however, it seems like the only queries that get handled are those regarding hackers and even then it could be a monotonous wait before action gets taken-- that aside, I'm not one to complain and I think all is well at Aeria.

a 5-3 for me

for me, its a 2, the game variety is good enought to give a 5 but there are many other things that make less points,
1.- some games are really disbalanced between free players and cash players
2.- new games are not being properly administrated
3.- sometimes you just shut down servers without a warning

i vote a 1 with no consideration for anything higher. the tickets take WAY too long. ive had one in for over 2 weeks now. the game (shaiya) crashes almost daily if not brought down by the staff. GMs have NO contact with the people who pay their bills (the players). and making MAJOR modifications to the game without contacting the players and asking what they think about it first is a MAJOR issue. since Nexon took over this game has been crap. i cant speak for any other games but im sure its the same.

I voted a 1, normally I do a 2 or so but I sent in a support ticket at the end of February and it still hasn't been answered. Kind of fun to see how long it can go for. In all honesty I don't even know why I buy AP here, Wartunes is running out of purpose for me to spend on to be honest. Only reason I keep recurring active still is in hopes TROY will come here and I will have some AP to spend there. Silly dreams. Smile
