. If you have already, please know that billing tickets take up to 72 hours for reply, but are generally responded to in less. If for some reason you are unable to purchase the founders pack of your choice before you can use your Aeria Points, please send a message to the Scarlet Blade team and notify them of this issue and what pack you intended to purchase. Please note that the Founders Packs will be given back to all players in Open Beta (after the Closed Beta wipe) so even if you don't get access to the items before the end of CB, you will be able to enjoy them in Open Beta and beyond.
