Blacksmith is one of the most important place to visit in Wartune. Blacksmith has six main functions; Enchant, Socket, Synthesize, Refine, Recycle, and Converting. Wanna get stronger? Then Blacksmith is just the right place to go.
Enchanting an equipment will gives a certain amount of bonus stat depends of the main stat the equipment has. (Ex: a sword has physical attack as main stat, therefore, the bonus from enchanting will also be physical attack form.) Enchanting cost quite some gold, and has success rate depends on level of enchantment. Lucky stones can be used to increase the success rate of enchanting. Failing in enchanting will cost player’s gold and lucky stones, but the equipment will remain the same. It is strongly recommended to always have 100% success rate at high level enchanting. Lucky stones are obtainable from Dungeons, Campaign, Guild Blessing, and Daily devotion reward.
Socketing will allow players to put a piece of gem into an equipment with socket in it and provide the equipment with the stat based on the gem used. Most of gear has 1 socket open in the beginning, except weapon has 2. Three is the maximum sockets in a piece of equipment; another additional socket (4th) is only available for Legendary Equipment. Socketing has 100% success rate. With small amount of gold, a socketed gem can be removed and re-used. Player can add socket using Socketing Rod, obtainable from Guild Blessing and available in the shop for 185 balens, while Gems are obtainable from Forgotten Catacombs, Daily Check-In, map clearing bonus, and the shop.
Note: In the beginning, players will get quite some socketing rods from in-game rewards. It is high recommended to keep the socketing rods only for high level equipment, due to it’s rarity and importance. A player can get lots of useful rewards (including 2 Socketing Rods) by recharging at least 500 balens into their account for the first time, which is a very good deal for beginner.
Here is where player combine a certain amount of different material into a good equipment, or craft a higher level items and gems. Synthesize is divided into 4 parts, equipment, gem, item and Legendary equipment.
- Equipment Synthesize : crafting a purple equipment by using Crystaloids (Obtainable from Multiplayer Dungeons, Campaign, and the Shop) and Synthetic Material which also available from Multiplayer Dungeon (Card Draw) or Crypt Shop (Forgotten Catacombs).
- Gem Synthesize : Combining 4 pieces of lower level gems into a higher level one. Player will need to buy Gem Transposer from the Shop for higher level gem craft.
- Item Synthesize : Here player can craft lots of useful thing, such as Lucky Stones, Crystaloids, Refining Crystal, Mount, Etc.
- Legendary Equipment : Looking for the best equipment in Wartune? Then you need to check this out. A Legendary Equipment can be enchanted further more than a purple gear, and the fourth socket is available to be unlocked. Epic Equipment Shards are available from Arena Shop, while Rings and Jewelry are in Crypt Shop. As for Legendary Stone, Player can get these stones from Multiplayer Dungeon (Nightmare Mode) or buying from Guild Shop (limited to 5 each day).
Note: (Suggestion for farming Legendary Stones, Nightmare Mode Only) Most of multiplayer dungeons has summoner NPC, which calls a mirror of your current team. Player will need to pay some skeleton keys in order to summon their mirror. Once the mirror team is defeated, each member will gain a trasure chest with at least 1 Legendary Stones in it. A team can summon up to 20 times each attempts. So, start saving your keys people.
Refine and Recycle
Don’t feel like the bonus stat your equipment gives? Don’t feel sad! REFINE it! By using refinement crystal, players can refine their equipment for a chance to get a better set of bonus stat. Refining needs refinement crystals, obtainable from Recycling a green quality equipment or higher, and the Shop. It is recommended to refine at least blue equipment and higher. With a small amount of balens, players can lock a stat he/she wants to keep while refining the others. Once you get the stat you want, always remember to swap it with the new one for it to take effect.
Have many gems you don’t need? Don’t sell them away! (honestly, I sold mine to the npc... that time, converting is only limited to magic and physical attack ) anyway, with cost of your precious gold, player can convert a piece of gem into any other gem they want. Converting has 100% success rate.
Note: Converting a gem at higher level will cost you less gold compare to converting them from lower level. So, make sure that you craft your gems as much as you can before converting. Here is the cost of converting:
Lv.1 gem – 10k Gold Lv. 4 gem – 80k Gold
Lv.2 gem – 20k Gold Lv. 5 gem – 160k Gold
Lv.3 gem – 40k Gold Lv. 6 gem - 320k Gold
Ex: converting 4 pieces of Lv.1 HP gem will cost you 40k gold total. While it will cost you only 20k gold if you convert them at Lv.2. (4 pieces gems of same type and level can be crafted into 1 higher level gem.)
