Its maybe a problem from your isp,
di you try to launch lc as administrator ? or see in youre firewall if Lc is blocked?

I am the Admin, And My Firewall is down every time i try to start the program. I dont believe my ISP is to blame, because LC is the only program i cant use.

Alright Unblocking the installer worked Thank you. I got The Installer to work and the game to fully install but know when i try to Log in it says "Connection failure. Cannot Connect to Log in Server". Anyone know why this would be or how to fix it. Thank you.

Usually the person i see with that problem got it because of their isp or firewall
is your internet fast or slow or very slow ?

you need to add nksp.exe and Lc.exe to the exceptions list in your firewall

I believe My internet to be fast, Its High speed from Xfinity 50MBPS. I have allowed all LC associated Files permission to bypass my Firewall. I still keep getting the "connection error failed to log in to server" message popping up.

Connection errors mean something on your computer is blocking the game from connecting to the servers. Turn off your firewall and try. If that works, you know your firewall still isn't allowing it. If you have a separate AV, do the same. It is better to add the entire LC file to your exceptions/allowables.

No amount of uninstalling/reinstalling will help unless you restore the files our anti virus or firewall have blocked. As they will still be blocked in the records there.
