Bankai, this entire thread you've basically been completely misunderstanding what we're talking about and putting words into our mouths so you can "shut us down" with your super cool walls of text that comically miss the point and completely misaddress the situation. You even admitted that you skimmed the original post, then tried to act like you could make a serious reply as if you understood what was going on. Is this seriously what our community managers are supposed to be like?

The things we're asking for are completely possible. They've been done many times in many other games. We're essentially asking the publishers to actually act like publishers. We don't want to know what MAIET is up to, or what they're developing, or when we're going to be getting cool new features. We're asking that Aeria inform us what's going on with their game servers, their management of the game and their plans for it. If you don't see the point in Aeria letting the playerbase know that they're aware of issues, there are still other things they could easily inform us about. Like letting us know when the servers are going down! Or telling us after the fact that certain things have been fixed- you know, patch notes or something? Or even giving us updates on how the western version of GunZ is simply being managed. These are all very simple things that would easily build up trust between Aeria and the GunZ playerbase.

We just gotta keep prayin and keep asking the more people that ask who want to play this game again at it's full potential and have a good time again the more chance we have at aeria taking charge and being great community leaders like ijji.

It'd be nice if Aeria could update the launcher with news, of course. From what I've already mentioned to DD in another thread, which I quoted in my post, along with what GM Splitkicks stated, it isn't possible to update the community on which patches might be next. The only time they can do this is when MAIET informs them of what they are working on, which might only be possible in a case where they send Aeria a patch for GunZ and Aeria sees it as having too many bugs or something similar. I don't know the exact process.

Either way, the case remains that MAIET prioritizes the patches they send Aeria on their own, according to GM Splitkicks's post. Obviously it would be nice to update the community - GM communication is severely lacking for GunZ. I understand that, and I really dislike it as many of you do. They should inform us properly when dealing with stuff such as the recent Agent Error server mishap, which I said in my extremely long post earlier.

In addition, there is what Kogi said. GMs seem to be spread far too thin between games for whatever reason we can amuse ourselves with. On top of that, updating the launcher specifically would require a coder rather than simply a GM. The same coders that are probably still working on the Aeria website for GunZ. We know where this is headed by now.

It's improbable, but I do sincerely wish that the GMs would post here a little more often and update us with any info that they can.

I've had it with you, all your posts are off topic, it sickens me. Why are you constantly talking about this? What is wrong man, we aren't asking for dates for when some newer things will come out. vote here! Lets see how much we can get, cmon guys. Don't wait until the next bug/error comes up and we wont even get any heads up on solutions about it, don't wait months without hearing anything from aeria about topics on our game we send to them. Let's force their hand.

Gunz isn't going to have news on new updates because there wont be any more updates. Aeria GM's dont even know how to BF, or RS, and they don't even know what LEADING is. Im guessing that by june they will just delete gunz.

The Whole Thing About Aeriagames Giving Us Information from MAIET is unlikely to happen because of MAIET being busy fixing Gunz 2 and not caring anymore about the community or the game itself Gunz 1.
We All Just Have To Pray For Aeriagames to buy it for better progress.

Kickstarters Are Very Popular recently for games and if Aeriagames actually makes a Kickstarter for buying copyrights i might as well help out and give them some 20$ or 40$.
Though in Kickstarters u get rewards for giving a specific amount of money and all.
(So I'm guessing that would destroy the game more to a p2w game lol)

Well... not really, I don't think we all want it to go back to how ijji ran things, becaused they messed up A LOT, but it would be a start to get back to the point where ijji was, so I agree with wanting it to be like that for now, but if it ever gets to that point, should continue to keep getting better, we all agree on that im sure.

This thread is not asking aeria games to contact MAIET and give us info on what MAIET would tell Aeria, however that would be nice for certain things, but that is off topic and that is what me and Backward have been saying to Bankai, and theres no need to repeat things over and over, that is why I made a reply a while ago saying if people are interested, read previous replies and the thread on first page.

Not a good idea, because Aeria Games does not make games, they never did, they just host games, they do not code games. If you think about it, you are really asking Aeria to get coders and start making games, but that is not what the companies intent is, they host game servers, that's it. If GunZ was just through MAIET and they had a server for us, it would be nice, so its just straight communication from MAIET to the players, but yeah, it doesn't go like that.
