Have you tried looking in your junk folder in case the e-mail was sent there? If you've looked everywhere on the e-mail that you used for that feature and still cannot find it, then you'll have to send in a
ticket and get direct GM contact so that they can give you the information that you seek for the password reset.
Note that needing to send in a ticket will require another 48 hour wait as they get to your ticket. Apologies for the inconvenience.
