every night at 2:00am i dc and so does everyone else this really needs to be fixed because I pay alot of money to this game and i know alot of other people do also PLEASE FIX THIS NEXT MATINCE

It is what we call file backup. Happens every day/night.It is to make sure files are backed up.

We have had this forever now at same time. time zone change time can change what hour till the other part of the world has their time change but that is all.

Most everyone keeps up when back up is and just does not pot up or go killing till the time is passed.

I would say you should do the same. Only thing we can do.

It is a problem with the raid reset I keep getting DC'ed as well just as it counts down. Should I get up at 3am or just dream that I got up to log back in?

sorry it happens at 3am for you. Aeria has this in the middle of their night.I have nothing to do with the when they set this to happen.It is like 1 or 2am for them so that is when they do it. Aeria is in PST so,

But, think of it like this. no back up files. we crash and lose all our stuff in our bags and what we have on.
No files to back up to so we lose every thing.

I just think of it like that my self. I know it is a pain. Been dc'd a lot over the years.

then please tell me why for 6 years i have not had a problem then all of the sudden about 2 weeks ago it seems to happen on a nightly basis? i blame the zombies but whatever.

Not sure being we have had this for a long time now. Not everyone gets dc'd most all do. A few are lucky. maybe you been lucky not to till now. Most days I get dc'd but a few times I have been luck and have not when the back up happens.

well this is just a suggestion but could you guys please start the server backup at the same time every night because it would be nice to know exactly when you are going to do it or at-least warn everyone when it is going to happen like you do with matince and Ty for responding to this

happens same time every time. There is no GM in to say at that time. so, I just watch my clock and do nothing before that time or for about 20 mins after. That is what most players I know do.

yeah well i always dc at different times i usually am not doing anything but it is hard sometimes to tell cause sometimes they don't even do it at all
