Possible pc upgrade?

So I have a GTX465 graphics card and an intel i7 870 processor (quadcore 2.93 ghz). I get 200 fps with 3.0 shader model and max settings on 1024x768 which is what I want, but I am interested in upgrading to get 200 fps when recording at those settings, with ESL wire on as well (which takes screen shots).

So I think I would need to upgrade my graphics card, correct me if im wrong, and if so what should I get? Hopefully for 100-250$.

Any suggestions or info would be appreciated

As a friend (We are friends right?)... I think you should save your money u already have 200 fps max settings on your main game anything else is a simple waste of money. You made a thread about buying 100$ of ap.... Think back on that in a few days... Why not just start saving now just in case idk your PSU dies out or something? Save for a car? Go get a 3 hour massage idk ..
More to life than AVA and buying some shoes or clothes will help with your aim more than new gear. Trust me on that Smile.

I'm one of them people that always upgrades even when not needed.

I have 2 base built pc's that are epic and then this troll pc witch still knocks 90% of higher spec's to shame.

My fps on all 3 cpu's is over 200 and can play all recent released games on the highest specs.

Ah I have a DDR3 8GB , pc3- 10600 , 1333 MHZ If any one would like it for free????

Never used and just wasting space in the study.

Get a separate hard drive for FRAPS. 1TB would only cost like $60ish for a 7200 RPM HDD.

Here you go:

http://frapsforum.com/threads/best-fraps-performance-tips-afaik.559/

It suggests using a separate HDD in order to increase performance.

"Anyway, here are my best hard drive performance tips:

Record to a dedicated hard drive. A dedicated hard drive lets your main drive
concentrate on writing"
