DC issue

Whenever i start the game it loads, and as soon as i enter a server, i recieve a message which simply states "connection with the server has been lost" , then the game promptly closes please help

You can send a ticket at support > contact us, and hopefully someone at aeria staff can help you. But before you do, try the following.
Update direct x
Uninstall sf and delete all files related
To it.
Restart computer.
Reinstall sf.
Make sure windows 8 is fully updated because i saw someone with an issue like this where all he had to do was update windows 8.
