[Event] Didn't receive an item from an event? Contact us!!



As we all know, Card upgrade event has a problem on Saturday.
If you have having a issue with our event, please send in a quick ticket here.

Please include a Screen Shot of the problem, and also the event you are having problems with.

hi

i didnt recive *book in gurdian event i buy 125k and i recive weapon only and didnt get *book why ?

Hi,

the accumulated prize will be paid out at the end of the event.

Will the fortification rewards also be paid out when the event is over because of issues ?

it was fixed @ 2:30am. but please send us a ticket if you haven't received your prize.

URGENT!!!!!

Event Promotion Top Up
I charged about $600 worth of coins for the Top Up event and i waited for the event to end so i can get my prize of 125k Top Up of *Undead Axe. Yet i still haven't receive any kinda of prizes. This need to be fix as soon as possible.

Just checked with the developer, it may take a while for the prize to be paid out.

I've learned that when you submit your account name for the event, it's case sensitive. So make sure you type out your account name EXACTLY as how it is spelled.
