question on tickets

need some help
my account was suspended for security purposes I wrote a ticket and got a reply which was

with the real name used for your most recent purchase as well as the name
used for your previous 2 purchases on this account. We will need this to
verify account ownership.

do I reply back with the names with a "follow up response" or is the another method since the reply from Aeria was a little vague
