Can you encounter event boss through the chapter that you already completed?

Whatever nation you have chosen, it has to be the current chapter.

So if you have completed up to Maq ch 8, sanctus ch 14, and bell ch 3, you can find her in any of those chapters.

You cant go down to maq chap 3 to find her, has to be 8.

Does anyone know if they'll be extending the event at all?

I'm at 22 kills (started yesterday), and I'm kinda nervous if I can reach 65 kills. Right now, I'm pretty much willing to spend a bit of gold for Roast Chickens or Kraken's Draught, but I don't want to spend "omghere'sallmymoney*throwmywallet*" much money on this one event.

Aka, I'm freaking curious to know what that 65th pirate is, and I want it because it's an SR.
