Hello dear Dwo'ers,

My problem is, that when I want to start the game my laptop somehow shuts of with a black screen. I mean I press on start and then the screen gets dark and nothing happens, I dont understand what is wrong that this issue appears. Thank god after some tries i can log in, but it gets annoying the more it appears. Lately i started using advanced system care 6, might this be the reason for it?

Please help me , I dont get it anymore...

It happens on my Laptop all the time. I have Vista sp2

same thing is happening to me. it was working fine yesterday. now i can't play DWO. when i press launch then game starts and goes total black. plz help anyone

What is advanced system care 6? Security software?

Yea it happens on my desktop too, the launcher pops up then it'll dissappear like the game is going to start up but never does, sometimes if i close ignite it'll work
