For unknown reasons , when I bought AP yesterday my account was put on suspension, not allowing me to use the 3240 AP I have.
The problem with this, is it's kind of dire that my AP is available because I do want the rewards for the tiered spender and there's stuff on the crystal altar that I really do want.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Will they still be able to give me my tiered spender prize if this issue isn't resolved soon?

You will be able to get your tier spender prize and any other promotions if this issue isn't resolved. Be sure to send a ticket to billing http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing if you haven't received your AP yet and to ensure you can participate in the tier spender, send in a ticket here: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/support and file it under "Missed Promotions" if you do not get your AP in time to do the tier spender.

Unfortunately this happens sometimes due to security reasons or a third party who hasn't confirmed and verified your transaction. Best of luck o/

Still locked up, someone from Billing contacted me and hasn't replied back to my reply yet unfortunately. SO, looks like i'm going to have to send in another ticket for the tiered spender. Lets hope the problems fixed before the altar changes on me, I want that scythe :/
