Thanks for that - I've fixed the post accordingly.
I'd have to say though that I don't think it's worth an extra 9 points for 300MP & 1:40 extra time.  

There is a decrease in the cool down for EB4, 100 second decrease if I remember right, but it doesn't really matter too much as all priests and orcs are forced to take this skill no matter if they want it or not or they are useless in any raid as they will be unable to rebuff EB without it even though really the 9 skill points isn't worth the added 300 hp, 1:40 time, and decreased CD >.> I would much rather use those points in other areas myself... but it doesn't matter much to me since I seem to have basically shelved my 80 toon anyway out of boredom and frustration with lvl 80 drama, lack of real endgame, etc.  

The difference between EB 3 and EB 4 is :-

1 - Longtime EB
2 - All Critical Hits ( no need of knocout Knostrum )
3 - Fast Recharge .
