A friend of mine is trying to download the game. She has tried multiple times with no success! Seems she keeps getting the same errors each time.

What can I suggest to help her with her problem? As i am completely clueless as to what it might be.

Okay even more lost now! She tried to download IE9 with windows vista service pk 2 operating system. But she is still getting the error " invalid service pack installed"

This is soo weird o.0 She really wants to join DKO community, but this is making it impossible.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks so much.

The manual patch download no longer works. Something about limits and google.


Update:
We've had a suggestion to check if she had the latest C++ libraries and latest .NET Framework. I will let you know if it works for her.
