I am currently playing on a laptop with win 8 as the O.S, I wonder if this update from windows can cause issues in gameplay, my GFX card is quad core and RADEON graphics. Its not the best ive heard but if I use win 7 will my game stop freezing at the beginning of each round for 10 seconds, fps spiking everytime someone jumps on, around or near me? Need to know anything about increasing my computers performance, I have tried almost everything and have no idea where to look for help on this.. So the 1 thing I do know, is that 2 games of sf, then restart, 2 games of sf, and restart, so on and so forth.. I just wish I didn't have to do that... =/

try updating your windows NET framework...see maybe it works on it. gudluck.

like the person above me said, make sure you have EVERYTHING updated.
after that, reboot your computer and try agian.
