Aeria offices are based in PST/PDT. This is the time that AP promotions and GM events follow.
The game servers are based in EST. This is the time that TW/Arena and daily resets (such as salary and daily quests, etc.) follow.

I've made note of the reference to server time for each time zone/image in the OP. Hopefully this will help solve the confusion/problem for some of you. Some areas don't recognize certain time changes, so as stated before, these may not be 100% accurate for your area depending on what time changes you do or don't observe.

Big update! Working on confirming all the new times and will begin adding additional time zones afterward.

It's 8:16 am EST and MBA is not open. I don't think the 8-10 server timeslot is correct any longer.

Thanks! I'll try to be up early next weekend to check these times again for myself. It's hard to get people to confirm for me, but I'd like to be 100% confident that it is accurate before I mark it correct anyway.
