Why can't i LOG IN, it says "fail to connect to server" is there somethings wrong ??

Servers are down on joymax, so it effects aeria as well. No notice on fix

Hi All.. i have install Digimon Master.
After Log in screen, some Error here..
"Game Use it Only available to users who agree to the "Digimon master online Use Agreement"

How to fix this problem...
