I keep getting a black screen while trying to start the game in server 1. the message is "Login Failed, redirecting to login screen in 3 seconds". I know if I just leave it like that for an hour, then everything will be just back to normal. but this is so annoying. I need a solution why I keep failing to start the game 1-3 times / day.

First, log out from aeria account then try to clean browser cache, you can also try to clean cookies.

Did you reboot your internet, and then restart the comp and try again?

tried all, the problem doesnt seems to be on me though. I tried all method to get back in. just now, I keep failing again and miss WB because of this LOL. does any admin or staff reading this? mind to help to solve the problem? Im getting pretty tired of failing like this.
