Ok. I have had about what I can tolerate with this issue. So I need some advise seeing maybe someone may have a solution.

The error? Seems like when there is a bunch of laggers in 1 room it gives me the red and blue ring.. Which to top it off I get a feeling of fps lag as well. Which then cancels out all my button configurations.

So how can I "not get this lag feeling" when surrounded by a bunch of laggers? I tried leatrix latency fix. that has not helped.

I get the same problem myself sometimes. Only way to fix it is to either: 1) ban/kick all of the laggers out of the game, but since they consist of a large portion of the community (including US players, since I'm not gonna go into region issues), it would kill the game off faster than the GMs can slip a showdown into a campaign day. Or 2) fix the red ring issue. Of course, Yurisaki stated in another post that the red ring is so broken, that it would require a complete restart of the game, which means everything would have to be redone FROM THE BEGINNING. NO ONE wants that. Not KOEI. Not the GMs. And certainly NOT the players.

In short, the best thing you can do at times is grin and bear with it.
