Is there a list anywhere of the cards and their cost to benefit ratio?

For example, Dark Squire Ruby costs 30 to use and provides 8825 attack and 4975 defense, which means the CBR is 294 attack and 166 defense.

So anything like that anywhere to help us decide which cards are worth leveling and which aren't?

This list is the better, sortable list. However it has not yet added any of the gold frame stats from enhance+. We will try to get that added soon!
