Without any other details about the situation, the only things I could suggest would be going to the Cannot Connect to Server section of that thread and trying those solutions.

Or you could try this but it's a complete shot in the dark.

If neither of those work, I would reply in this thread that we're discussing this issue with a tracert to see if it's a connection issue with the server.

I'm still waiting for this to work.
I tried playing in another internet source via usb
it worked perfectly fine but, it doesn't work so well in the other place I use it in.
