Well I'm having a problem with the last promo ,, I spent ap in promotion days ,,
and I still getting the messages that I'm not qualified for it ,,,
this is a screen shot of ap usage history so correct me if I'm wrong ,,,


My zone is 3+GMT so im sure about the timing thing … this is the promo



I know mistakes happen so hopefully I can get my reward in the next maintenance ,,,
I post this because I keep receiving the " unqualified " massage again and again I don’t know why ,,,
also I wanted to buy more ap ,, but I'm afraid that something wrong with my account that why I didn’t receive the promo …
so please could anyone help me with that ,,,

When exactly did you spend and what time did you spend on your time?

Anyway, you may want to show them a screenshot of your AP usage history that is in English at the promo day.

Also, did you fill up the form?

I gonna assume you spend ap during last weekend where the in-game message keep on notified that there is Feb gear promo going on right?
If so,sadly that in-game notice was a lie as there was no promo going on last weekend.

You could try asking the GM to instead let you qualify for the current promo since you were misinformed about it.


Next time,always check the forum for any promo going on.

i spend it in the 2nd and the 3rd day ,,, and yes i fill up the form ... this isnt my 1st time so i know all about it ..thats why it was surprising for me ..

no i didnt .. i spent is in feb 2nd and 3rd ,,, i always check forums
