Transfer server

Service because of delayed merge
Have a question, since the merge is delayed big time... if it will ever happen.
I sugest that we get back the Server Transfer service for 10k AP, atleast just for a short time
so those who really wana change from Red to Tranq, or Tranq to Nem before the merge has the opportunity to decide that. Plus there are money to earn from halo, elixir and other upgrades.
