I'm not sure you'd get a response here, but there are various signature shops around the Creative>> Fan Art Sections of each games forum. (Not sure if every game has Signature stores, as I've only seen them in Shaiya, GF, EE, etc.) I'm sure one of them would be glad to make you one, as they enjoy it a lot.
