So i decided to play DWO again but pretty much forgot my ID and pass and i figured out my e-mail and i resetted my password so i tryed to login and it said your ID or pass is wrong and i was pretty sure it was correct. is this a bug or what?

no bug jus make sure you spelt your username and password if your using your Email as the username i'm pretty sure that wont work unless your logging in with FB or twitter

Me, and from what I'm seeing quite a few other people, are having a very simulair problem. I Highly doubt this is on Taisukai's end. I put in a ticket and I got the usual answer about it most likely being MY firewall, MY OS, MY DirectX version. Basically my entire computer is causing this issue. When looking at other people experiencing this problem, it's clear to see that it's at the fault of DWO's login server, or account administration. Just because there are people that are able to log in, doesn't in turn mean that a handfull of people who are experiencing the exact same problem are at fault.

I really hope that Aeria Games look into what is actually causing this.

But when i downloaded the aeria downloader it said US does that matter cause i'm from EU if it does where is the EU downloader
