But i do not have opened no program i reinstalled the game but game do not started ...

You get this error because you are running a 3rd party program that Xigncode (AC) is not pleased with. Could you give a screenshot of your running processes?

The program that I would recommend to fix your lag is Game Booster. This program closes unnecessary programs as well as boosts PC performance all helping you get ingame and get maximum FPS.
