Why with the 30th level not more quests?

If you run out of quests, grind to your next level and more should be available.

No one normal game not stupid grind. Quests should be! otherwise your grind game, no one will play.

Quite the opposite, most people don't mind the grind, taking a look at how many people have already leveled past that point or are in that slump right now.

Do not go to 4th level... just kill mobs 25-27 level by AoE... fast...

If You don't have AoE - try to play in party... normal party 30-33 level gives You AT LEAST 10% per hour! Usually more...

Grinding is part of the game. There are some quests not mainline but will still like you like decent amount of EXP. If you don't want to grind usually some random quests are open in other villages complete that for the EXP?
