Also, I would like to add that the 'Restore Access to your Soulbinder' method does not work. If anybody was able to use this method to gain access to their account again, it would be nice to know because I've tried it several times. Even going as far as logging out of both devices, uninstalling the App on both devices, resetting both devices to factory default, waiting till the reset at Midnight PST, and trying it. Still nothing.
And I have yet to receive a response to the E-Mail I've sent in on Jan 29th.
Not sure if the same thing was implemented on Immortalis because from MP this is what it shows
1)Open this screen on your old device and tap the "Generate Transfer Code" button below
2)Open this screen on your new device and tap "Enter Transfer Code" You will need to enter the exact code on your new device
3) The account on your old device will be transferred to your new device
4)If you experience any trouble or are unable to access the original device use the link given to contact support
Do you have similar options like this when you try? I wouldn't know since I cant access immortalis on android
