You also need a REALLY high score to get anything out of it.
When I was making mine, all of them had anywhere from 5-10% chance of success.
I was lucky enough to get one on my first time, but I haven't been able to do it again since. I haven't seen any below 6, so I have to assume it's an automatic 6.

It's all +6 (I have the full set, thanks to a friend), and it's all difficult to get/make.
For starters, you need the required dragon items that Qing Long drops to even think of trying to craft them. Then, through the power of the garden system and item crafting, you need to combine plants of the same color type that you grow in your garden to make the dye color that you need (best to try to combine plants to up their level instead of making the dye right off the bat. I'll explain why). These dyes are different from the P. Dye, L. Dye and C. Dye, so don't get those confused. Once you have your dye, you need to get a flat fabric, then combine it and the dye to make the colored fabric required. All of the recipes that make higher level plants/color dyes/fabrics require you to do quite a bit of gardening to boost your Cultivate level, but they all cost 0 ore. However, you'll need the Master's Cauldron in order to craft the +3 dyes(level 6 I believe)/+3 fabrics(level 7 recipe O_O), assuming you don't wish to try your luck with the Communal Pot.
Now, once you have the dragon piece and fabric required for one of the dragon gear, go to your loom, and attempt to combine them. However, unlike the Fu Xi/Nu Wa set, it's not 100%, and it's not completely based on your tech/gear craft levels like with normal sewing. The chances of success are determined by, along with tech and gear craft, the level of the fabric you're using, with +0 being the lowest and +3 being the highest. Once you're ready, you only have ONE chance to get it right. Assuming you don't use a Communal Loom, if you fail the crafting, you won't lose the dragon piece. However, no matter what, you'll lose the fabric you use if you fail, meaning you'll have to go through the task of crafting the fabric again.
However, should you succeed, you'll be greatly rewarded with a piece of the Divine Dragon set, automatically +6 with pretty good stats, complete with level 5 lightning resistance as soon as you craft it (hence why it's so difficult to make). And once they fix the current bug, you can begin crafting the Firebird (Zhuque) set, which is, if I'm right, mostly the same, but with level 5 fire resistance instead.
