So I downloaded Born To Fire and started the game.
After loading it says : Failed to save dump file to 'PK.exe.dmp' ( error -2147024865)

Whats does this error mean and how can I solve it ?

Take a look at this thread. It is comprised of a list of programs that will help you play the game and get ingame if you are having issues.

The program I would recommend for you is CCleaner. This program deletes internet cache as well as cleans registry files.

You should also take a look at Game Booster. It it will shut down excess programs which may be interfering with the game.
