So, 3 months ago I bought ap and received a gm enchant, which Aeria REFUSES to actually put threw. I've sent countless rt's just to have them respond in a cop/pasted message with no relevance to the problem. They ask for the promo link in one part of it. Why does their rt form for promotions have a promo link spot if they ask for it again? They also asked for a ss of my purchase date. How many of you have ss'd all your purchases? I spent the money for a gm enchant, so I see no reason that they won't do it other than they want me to spend more. Just wondering if anyone has has been scammed by Aeria on ap purchases? Since they refuse to contact me about this, I'm left to call this in as internet fraud. Any game sages have advice on this issue? If I bought the item shouldn't I receive what the item promises? Or if the item is bugged shouldn't I get a replacement? Thanks for your opinions.
