Fortification and Enchantement System Guide

Everything you need to know!
Hello dear Starlight Story Community,

The game has four basic enhancement systems to offer.

Within the Fortification and Enchantment System, you can Fortify your gear and you can Inlay powerful "Soulcores" to improve your gear. In addition to that, you can Enchant your gear to adjust the bonus-stats. But not only that! The Alchemy systems allows you to transfer the fortification of your old gear to the new gear! Pretty cool - huh?

To improve the upgrade chance of your item, you can use up to 4 Fortifying Charms. Simply click on the empty Fortify Charm spaces to adjust the amount of fortifying charms used. You can use up to 4 Fortification Charms.

Why fortify?
Simple! The more stars your equipment has, the more special bonuses are being unlocked. Not only that! The basic stats of the items are being boosted too!

Alchemy Details

Alchemy Hammer and its secrets!
The game has a great feature, that allows you to move the current fortification level from your old gear to the new piece of your equipment. To access the interface, hit the Fortify Hammer Icon in your UI and select the "Alch." Tab.

First, select the old item piece with the fortification. Simply search the item within the list and click to paste it within the Alchemy Interface. Then, select the new piece of gear you would like your fortification to be transferred to. Now, you may start a alchemy attempt. To do so, you will require an Alchemy Hammer.

Requirements for Alchemy:
  • Equipment must be of purple quality in order to use the feature.
  • You can only transfer the fortification between the same equipment pieces - boots to boots etc.
  • Different fortification level require a different amount of Alchemy Hammers.
  • The level difference between the gear pieces can not be higher than 10.
  • The level of the gear you want the Star Level to be transferred to can not be higher than the old gear piece.
  • If you fail, your equipment does not get destroyed, however, the Alchemy Hammer required will be consumed.
